haha my junior sleeping... i tou tou xi ji ta.... LOL.... yes, im too bored.....i tink im too noob le ba?? i juz realised tt penang is an island by itself!! so we had to travel on e penang bridge to get to penang....
yes, 1 lousy attempt to try to capture e bridge..... yea, if u can see, e railing is actually e railing of e bridge.... hmmm... oh nvms, i duno y it turn out 2 b so dark.....e hotel!! woohoo!! cosy bed =) & looking thru outside e room.... quite strange cos outside e room gt flat grd?
den on to e 2nd day.....
went for a city tour.... saw shops tt made popiah, gold & joss sticks.... e popiah skins were rolled flat using beer bottles LOL.....
& e joss sticks business is actually v old & gng 2 b "extinct" cos there r nt many shops left tt make joss sticks to sell.... its quite special.... using sticky brown substance.....
e couple tending e shop r v friendly to us!! (: in e end, i bought a packet of joss sticks wif well wishes on them as souvenirs!! heehee, nt 2 deny tt 1 of e reason was cos e tour guide kip saying "support a dying trade!!!" & i was convinced haha.... here comes e disappting part abt e penang hill..... actually we were suppose to take a train up e hill de but due to e tickets being sold out, we cudnt.... WAT THE..... isnt it supposed to be arranged oredi???? dotz..... & its nt oly me unhappy wors.... quite alot of ppl were.... i tink cos we were all excited abt it ba... den in e end disapptnment.... & we stood b4 e hill w8ing 4 e tickets....
den e tour guide bought us sumwhere else cos no train to sit =( but lucky, e nxt place was nice too!! =) we kip walking up steps to reach a final destination, wich is to e top of a hill to see e temple...... while gng up, there r many stalls selling clothes & souvenirs & we cud haggle e price until less than half wors ^^ hehehe....
when we reached here, we were all quite tired.... so many so many steps to climb..... but actually till tis pt its oly 1/4 of e jouney up 2 e top of e hill..... yea, tis pic oly shows e lower part of e temple.... *faints* my junior & her fren did nt 1 to go up anymore cos dey were v interested... so i followed them & we went down e way 2 SHOP!! =D a girl's fave activity LOL..... on e way down, i took tis pic....
its actually a pic of many turtles..... e whole pond was full of turtles!!! bought loads of souvenirs & stuff....
den we went up to another hill (Teluk Bahang) instead.... by a route tt we can either walk up or sit a van up.... i chose to sit e mini van & when i reached e top, saw tis scene......
i thot tt it was really nice *o* i believe we were facing e penang hill & there were smoke on e top of e hill..... ok, but we were here cos we r gng 2 visit e tropical fruit farm!! saw many many interesting fruits i hav nv seen b4... & dey even grow grapes.... though e farm owner says tt e grapes will b v sour & nt tasty due 2 e climate & place dey r grow in.... there's 1 tt is bright yellow & hairy (wich i'll try 2 get e pic) & tis one..... 
a red pineapple! but its nt 2 eat de.... its 4 sum other purposes..... & i now know tt eating pineapples (i min e normal ones) can jian fei!! haha =DD sum girls were kidding tt dey will start 2 buy pineapples evyday 2 eat!! we oso gt e chance to hav a fruity feast & a cup of fruit juice (can choose any flavour u 1)
actually nt all e fruits were v sweet.... but e sweetest 1 was e pineapple!!! its sweet until a bit disgusting? cos u nv taste so much sweetness b4.... e fruit juice i chose mango de.... i thot it werent v nice cos its too thick le.....
aft tt, visited e cheong fatt tze mansion!!! its really nice & cool =D though dere r many feng shui rules 2 follow & evythg.... china ppl r really v clever..... lots of thgs invented by them but stole away by e west *sighs* bad, bad, bad..... i really lyk e "art pieces" on e walls wich r actually formed by bit & pieces of diff bowls... so cool! =P i wish i cud go there again nxt time..... & i recommend those who go penang to go there!!! but sadly, we r nt allowed 2 take pics of e mansion.... but actually more info & pics can be found on http://www.cheongfatttzemansion.com/..... pls visit e website if u r really interested! =)
3rd day, preparing 2 go to chung ling high sch 2 jiao liu.... but actually nt much ba? went 2 their sch 2 take a look... its actually quite an old campus i tink...... & there's chim chim chinese words here & there..... yea, cos its a chinese boys sch...... actually we were supposed 2 tok 2 those ppl from e suona section de but sumhow we merged wif sheng ppl.... self intro le... there were 2boys who played solo 4 us..... den we called dizi ppl 2 join us den we 3 instru ppl play a part of e song we r gng 2 perform 4 them... wasnt too gd i guess.... as 4 them, i tink dere were sum ppl there wif really gd skills.... more pro than us ba! :D there were gang ga qi fen cos didnt noe wat 2 say.... we did exchanged prezies too.... & its quite funny... cos we prepared a rather girly prezie.... we didnt noe we were gng 2 a boys sch so e prezie was lyk 2 teddy bear keychains wrapped into a SWEET shape.... LOL, i tink its sorta weird 4 them hahaha..... but deir prezie was quite nice... CHOCOLATES!!! (:
i felt quite guilty 4 nt gifing them a more boyly prezie.... im sry =( den we went 4 rehearsal at dewan sri pinang.... we played quite badly.... *sighs* aft a few more rehearsals, we were off to chge into our costumes & shoes & we had 2 get 2 e audience seats 2 watch e competition..... quite a no. of grps played really well!! =) well, of cos better than us.... e suona ppl really v pro..... & actually e girls were pro-er than e boys... wich came as a surprise 2 me.... i oways thot boys wud do better than girls 4 suona.... hoho, tts nt true hmmm.... tts y i blief tt as long as we r willing 2 work hard, we can do it!! =P wat a great encouragement from them!! thx!! when all e grps were done.... & yes, it was quite bad =x we gt 2 do better nxt time, esp 4 e concert coming up...... *sighs* tt took omost e whole day, & at nite we went to e nite market there.... didnt buy much thgs cos actually its sumwat lyk s'pore's pasar malam..... juz bought a pair of earring tt i thot was cool yet dangerous (?)... haha, perhaps i wud wear it sum time....4th day... last day.... gng bck to sg again!! ohhh yes, i haven tok abt e entertainer of our trip, mr wong!!! =) heeehee, he really makes our lives interesting esp on e boring bus trips.... cos he v funny, HAHA! when he was playing wif e sheng ppl dai di, he was lyk calling e symbols of e poker cards in his own unique way lyk "mushroom" & "cauliflower"/"broccoli" (u may try 2 guess wich r e 2 symbols he's refering to)... LOL..... den he started 2 become sum reporter... & we had ppl being e mao pai jay chou, wang fei & jolin..... den e most funny part he call jolin as "vegetable one zero" (haha, u cud tink abt y).... i LOLED so much until stomach pain sia.... too bad i recorded e conversations on my hp & cudnt b put on e net.... but i cud let u hear if u 1 2.... hahaha...
when reached sg, was v happy.... yay, my bed!! was really glad tt my senior's dad sent me 2 yew tee mrt if nt i had to sit e mrt carrying lots of stuff... THX A LOT!!! =D
these were sum contributions 2 my heavy burden..... LOL....
i tink tis exp is quite an interesting 4 me..... & perhaps i may go bck there again.... ok, gt 2 end it here!
